we will ship through EMS. tracking order information will be provided.

Japan： Shipping fee for orders under 25,000 yen (tax included): 1,200 yen
Free shipping for orders over 25,001 yen (tax included)

South Korea： $18.00 overseas for orders under $200.00 (tax included)
Free shipping on orders over $200.01 (tax included)

America, South America, North America, Africa： $30.00 overseas for orders under $200.00 (tax included)
Free shipping on orders over $200.01 (tax included)

Asia, Oceania, Europe： $25.00 overseas for orders under $200.00 (tax included)
Free shipping on orders over $200.01 (tax included)

Dispatch of orders may take up to 2 - 3 weeks but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2~5 business days during weekdays.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch.

The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Our delivery charges do not include customs duties.
International orders will be shipped via EMS and etc to the shipping address you have indicated.

Since entrance PRODUCT does not provide insurance shipping, please contact hallo@entranceworks.com if customers want to get International Shipment Insurance.

If the destination is out of the coverage of the courier, entrance PRODUCT can charge an additional delivery fee to you.
