・返品の特約に関する事項
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、原則として返品はお受けしておりません。 弊社理由による返品の場合、返送料は弊社が負担いたしますので、発送の際は「着払い」をご指定ください。 返品・交換はすべて未使用品に限ります。
・返品期間：商品到着後7日を経過した場合の返品・交換はお受けできませんので、商品到着後はお早めに商品の状態をご確認ください。
・商品受け取り期間を過ぎた場合
原則として、弊社発送日より7日以内でのお受け取りが可能です。 お客様がご不在の場合は、運送会社より不在通知のご連絡を差し上げます。 配送期間内に配送希望日時を調整の上、商品をお受け取りください。
次の場合、商品は自動的に弊社に返送されます。
不在届に記載の連絡先に連絡が取れない場合
住所がわからない場合
運送会社が定める保管期間を過ぎても届かない場合
商品の再送をご希望の場合は、再度送料をご負担いただきます。
お客様のご都合による受け取り拒否や長期不在の場合は、お支払い方法を制限させていただく場合がございます。
