About credit card payment
Major credit card companies such as "VISA", "MASTERCARD", "DISCOVER", and "AMEX" can be used.

*The payment method is "lump sum" only.
*We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped, so please be aware of this before placing your order.


・Product delivery date: The estimated delivery date varies depending on the product, so please check the product page for each product.

Dispatch of orders may take up to 2 - 3 weeks but we aim to dispatch all orders within 1~2 business days during weekdays.
* We will contact you as soon as the delivery date or the shipment of the product is decided.

[Regarding returns, defective products, and cancellations] We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If the product is defective or sent by mistake, we will replace it.

・Matters concerning special provisions for returns
Unless the product is defective, we generally do not accept returns. For returns due to our company's reasons, we will bear the return shipping fee, so please specify "cash on delivery" when shipping. All returns and exchanges are limited to unused items.


・Return period: We cannot accept returns or exchanges if 7 days have passed since the product arrived, so please check the condition of the product as soon as possible after the product arrives.

・When the product receipt period has passed
In principle, the product can be received within 7 days from the date of shipment from our company. If the customer is absent, the shipping company will contact you with a notice of absence. Please receive the product after adjusting the desired delivery date and time within the delivery period.
In the following cases, the product will be automatically returned to us.
If you are unable to contact the contact listed in the absence notice
If you do not know your address
If you do not receive it within the storage period specified by the shipping company
If you wish to resend the product, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again.
If the customer refuses to receive the item due to personal reasons or is absent for a long period of time, measures will be taken to restrict payment methods.
