About credit card payment

Dispatch of orders may take up to 2 - 3 weeks but we aim to dispatch all orders within 1~2 business days during weekdays.

・Matters concerning special provisions for returns
Unless the product is defective, we generally do not accept returns. For returns due to our company's reasons, we will bear the return shipping fee, so please specify "cash on delivery" when shipping. All returns and exchanges are limited to unused items.

・Return period: We cannot accept returns or exchanges if 7 days have passed since the product arrived, so please check the condition of the product as soon as possible after the product arrives.

・When the product receipt period has passed
In principle, the product can be received within 7 days from the date of shipment from our company. If the customer is absent, the shipping company will contact you with a notice of absence. Please receive the product after adjusting the desired delivery date and time within the delivery period.
In the following cases, the product will be automatically returned to us.
If you are unable to contact the contact listed in the absence notice
If you do not know your address
If you do not receive it within the storage period specified by the shipping company
If you wish to resend the product, you will be required to pay the shipping fee again.
If the customer refuses to receive the item due to personal reasons or is absent for a long period of time, measures will be taken to restrict payment methods.
